This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

For more details, please refer to the REC Foundation Code of Conduct and Student-Centered Policy. If you have concerns about compliance with the Code of Conduct, please speak to the Event Partner during the event.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

Student safety will be our #1 priority. We will communicate weather related concerns and planning in communications the week prior to the event.

The reality of this event is that it is a state-level event which means some teams will undoubtedly experience inclement weather.

We will be flexible with start times and the agenda to execute this event on Saturday, March 15 unless safety dictates otherwise.

Thank you Thaddeus Stevens and II4T in assisting us in providing this event at NO CHARGE for our schools.
