Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of bad weather the event will be cancelled. Please make sure your contact information is up to date in Robot Events and the phone number listed is NOT A SCHOOL number.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: a full refund minus any expenes will be given.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
No refund will be given after January 22nd, 2025
Judging Format
- All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
