General Info
Hello everyone and welcome to our first Annual VEX V5 tournament! We are excited to host our first VEX tournament and are looking forward to seeing eveyrone here for a great day of robotics competition. The tournament will be hosted at Chapin High School. We will email all coaches a map with directions.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
All weather protocols from EPISD will be followed. All teams will be notified if cancellations must be made.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: A refund will be issued minus $5.00
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: If the coach/mentor withdraws two week before the event, a refund will be issued. No refunds will be issued after registration closed for the event.
Judging Format
Please review the following Judging Format options and keep the ones that apply to your event, and delete the others that do not apply. Please see the Remote Judging section of the Guide to Judging for more information.
- All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
