General Info

Monomoy Regional High School is pleased to welcome teams for this VEX V5 Robotics Competition High Stakes qualifying tournament. This tournament will qualify teams to the Massachusetts Event Region Championships. This event will be held at:

The event is on: February 1st, 2025

Our event will be held in the cafeteria, with team pit areas down the hall outside our cafeteria. Spectators are welcome to join us to watch tournament matches and skills challenge runs. Please enter the building through the rear entrance.

Concessions will be available for spectators. A pizza lunch will be provided to teams and their coach.

Our school has plenty of parking. The primary lot is located directly in front of the rear entrance. Overflow parking is available in the lot on the side of our school.

Our facility is fully ADA compliant. Direct access to the cafeteria and pit areas from your vehicle is available if needed. If you have specific questions about accessibility, please contact the event organizer.

This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

7:00 am - Venue opens - Team Check-in school lobby
7:30-8:30 am - Technical Inspections begin
8:30 am - Welcome and Game/Rules Overview in Cafeteria
9:00 am - Qualifying Matches and Skills until 2 pm - once last QM run, Skills are closed.
2:30 pm - Alliance Selections
3:15 pm - Elimination Rounds
4:30 pm - Awards
5:00 pm - Venue closes

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

If venue is closed due to bad weather or any situation outside our immediate control and the event can not be rescheduled, refunds, minus event costs, will be issued in a timely manner.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: If venue is closed due to bad weather or any situation outside our immediate control and the event can not be rescheduled, refunds, minus event costs, will be issued within two months of event date.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: No refunds will be made after Registration closes, if team withdraws from event prior to registration closing, full refund will be issued within two months of event date.

Teams with unpaid balances on RobotEvents.com: will be placed on the waitlist the week prior to event, unless they have made payment arrangements with the Event Partner.
