General Info

This is a Live, Skills-Challenge-ONLY event for the 2024-25 High Stakes

We will strictly follow REC Skills-only rules where each team is allowed only three driver trials and three autonomous trials.  Note:  This is not a qualifying event, however, each team's skills score will be uploaded to the REC 2024-25 High Stakes Skills Standings database.

Check-in & Inspection starts at 9 am.  The event should be over by 5 pm.  (No Engineering Notebooks.  No Judged Awards offered.) Each team will have no more than 6 Skills (3 Driving / 3 for Programming) matches per session.

Code of Conduct

Volunteer

Volunteers are what make VEX events happen. Our biggest need for each event is scoring referees and a Head referee. Contact Patrick Rivera at [email protected] if you would like to volunteer.

Any required closing will be based on district policy. 

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

Refunds will be sent.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

There will be no refunds due to fixed costs associated with this event. if a cost is assessed for the event.
