General Info
Please join us for the Rolling Robots Orange county tournament. The event is being held at the community center of St Pauls Epiiscopal Church.
Our objective of this tournament is to give middle school students another opportunity to compete near the end of the season. We will be running 2 fields for the qualification matches , 1 skills field and 1 practice field. All judging is in person, notebooks are electronic.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In case of emergency or bad weather we will contact the primary contact for your team, by email.
We expect to run the event rain or shine. The event is indoor with pits in a covered outdoor space. Dress for the weather as appropriate.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: full refund check by mail less the $5 REC processing fee and any other fees.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: No Refunds after payment is processed , we will attempt to offer your space to the wait list and provide refund less any processing fees if we fill your spot with a paid replacement.
Judging Format
- Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
