General Info

This will be a standard V5 tournament held at Willamette High School in the East gym.  There is a lot of parking availble right next to the gym .  After passing inspection teams will participate in Qualifying Rounds, Alliance Selection and Elimination Rounds.  There will also be a field open for Skills Challenge runs.  Teams will be limited to three Driving and three Programming Skills Challenge runs.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

If bad weather is to occur, use your own discretion on attending the event.  If the event is cancelled and we are not able to reschedule the event we will refund your tournament fee.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: We will be refunding your fees

 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:  If due to bad weather we will refund, but if you just don't make it there will be no refunds

 

Judging Format

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents.
