General Info

The Molalla Late-Season High Stakes VEX Tournament is hosted by Molalla High School Robotics Club and it is an Oregon Region only event.  The event is being held in the commons at Molalla High School.  Parking is available in the front lot of Molalla High School.

After passing inspection teams will participate in Qualifying Rounds, Alliance Selection and Elimination Rounds.  There will also be a field open for Skills Challenge runs.  Teams will be limited to three Driving and three Programming Skills Challenge runs.

Digital Notebooks need to be submitted for judging by 11:55 pm on January 24, 2025.

Volunteer

Contact Emmely Briley ([email protected]) if you interested in volunteering for the event.  We can use referees and judges.  If you are interested in refereeing please complete the VEX Referee Certification online.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

If bad weather occurs, please use your own discretion on attending the event.  If the event is cancelled and we are not able to reschedule it, we will refund your tournament fee minus the $5 RobotEvents.com.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event, refunds will be issued minus the RobotEvents.com admin fee of $5.

 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend, we will not be issuing refunds. Thank you for your understanding.

 

Judging Format

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents.
