General Info

AOE Robotics Club provides STEM education to students who like robotics but their school does not have such a program. Rover I270, an all-in-person event, will provide a great opportunity for middle school and high school students to demonstrate their STEM skills gained in the season. Skill Challenge is offered.  Please contact us at [email protected] if you have any questions.

Code of Conduct

This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

The event will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

A full refund will be issued

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

If the withdraw occurs one week before 12/30/2024, a full refund will be issued. Cancellation after 12/30/2024 will not receive any refund unless a substitute team is found by the coach/mentor to fill that position.

 

Judging Format

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
