Welcome to the 2025 VEX Robotics Colorado State Championships. This event is our regional qualifier, making it an important stop along the way on your road to the World Championshps.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In case of INCLEMENT WEATHER (as determined by SVVSD) the tournament will need to be rescheduled as this tournament is a qualifier for the Vex World Championships.  In case of inclement weather, the drone show will be either cancelled or rescheduled.

Payment Deadline:

Payments for this tournament are due the Tuesday prior to the event @ 4:00 PM MST


If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

Refunds will be available up to two weeks prior to the event, minus the $5.00 non-refundable RobotEvents fee.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Withdrawing from the tournament?  Refunds will be available up to two weeks prior to the event, minus the $5.00 non-refundable RobotEvents fee.

Judging Format

 

  •  Digital engineering notebook submissions due Tuesday, March 4th at 11:59 PM. All digital engineering notebooks must be submitted via RobotEvents by this deadline for judging consideration.  Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents.
  • In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event.
