General Info

The Marksmen are venturing into the V-5 world. This will be our 2nd tournament . There will not be any judging at this tournament. We are looking to keep it simple and to give a fair competition.

Code of Conduct

The REC Foundation considers the positive, respectful, and ethical conduct of teams to be an essential component of the competition. Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

Volunteer

If you would like to volunteer as a skills referee or anything along that line, please let me know. I will give your team a free registration. You must be certified though.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

If the tournament is cancelled on our end due to weather or other circumstances, we will issue a refund minus the $5 VEX keeps. If it something on your end, we will not give any refunds.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: Refunds will be given minus the $5 VEX keeps. Payment should be sent to VEX in Greenville, TX.

 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: There will be no refund in this case.
