General Info
Welcome to the V5RC High Stakes Tournament at RO Gibson Leadership Academy. This is a Nevada State Championship qualifying event. Tournament will be held on December 14, 2024 at RO Gibson Leadership Academy located at 3900 W. Washington Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89107. Parking is available at the school.
We are planning 6 qualification matches per team. Skills challenge will be offered and Judging will consist of Digital Notebook submissions and in-person interviews. Be sure that Digital Notebook and Consent forms for all attendees are uploaded prior to the event. The form can be found here: REC Foundation Participant Release Form (smartwaiver.com)

This is an indoor event. While emergency weather conditions are not expected, reasonable effort will be made to inform teams of any rescheduling or cancellations due to emergency/bad weather.
Refund and Payment Policies
No Refunds will be offered, except for extreme circumstances determined by the event partner.
Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline will be Friday December 06,2024.
