Important notice:

Registration for the event is $105.

In addition, all attendees (team members/coach/mentor/instructor/parents) are required to purchase a ticket to enter the building prior to the deadline for the event. If anyone does not have a ticket they will not be allowed to participate in the competition. Tickets are offered at the reduced rate of $36 per person. This ticket allows full access to the Ice Hockey game that starts at 7:00 pm. Tickets can be purchased through Alec Rivers. See the Ticket tab for more information.

Concessions will be available so you will not need to leave the building for lunch! One large pizza per team will be provided at lunch.

 

Important Information : Digital Engineering Notebooks are due December 20th at 5PM EST.

Code of Conduct

This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

Teams will be notified 24 hours prior to the event if there is a weather concern for the event.

Refund and Payment Policies

Regardless of whether the Event Partner or the Team cancels: 

Registration fees will not be refunded. 

Judging Format

 

  • A digitial notebook is required for this event. Notebooks will be judeged remotely for this event. 
  • In-Person Judging - Interviews will be in-person the day of the event. 
  • Judged awards will be completed the day of the event.
