Teams that have not paid RobotEvents by 1/28 will be moved to the waitlist unless other arrangements have been made with the EP.

** News: 1/24/25 Awards have been updated to show that there are four that will qualify for Regional Championship: 2 Excellence Awards (HS/MS), Tournament Champions and Design Award.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

Bad weather should not affect this event. In case of a cancellation, the event partner will contact you as early as possible. Teams should make sure their contact information in Robotevents.com is up to date and includes both school and non-school phone numbers.

Refund and Payment Policies

Teams are responsible for their own transportation and hotel costs.

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

If the event is canceled, a full event registration (minus $5) refund will be given to all paid teams.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Teams who have registered but have not paid or submitted a PO 10 days prior to the event will be removed from the event unless a special arrangement has been made with the Event Partner.

No refund will be provided as the organization incurs expenses upfront to organize the event.

Health and Safety Policies

We highly encourage everyone to avoid coming into the facility if you are not feeling well and follow all commonly expected safety and health precautions.

Judging Format

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In-Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link in the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents.Submission Deadline for notebooks is Thursday January 30th at 5pm.
