Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of an emergency or severe weather, the following procedures will be in effect:
Cancellation
- Severe Weather: If local authorities issue a severe weather warning, or if conditions present a safety risk, the scrimmage may be canceled or postponed.
- Emergency Situations: In the case of emergencies such as power outages or natural disasters, the scrimmage may also be canceled or postponed.
Postponement
- Rescheduling: Should the scrimmage be postponed, we will do our best to reschedule the event as soon as possible.
- Communication: Any changes will be communicated to participants via email and other available channels.
Safety Protocols
- Evacuation Plan: We have a clear emergency evacuation plan. In the event of an emergency, all participants will be directed to a safe location.
- First Aid: First aid kits will be available on-site. For any medical emergencies, please notify a staff member immediately.

Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
all registered participants will receive a full refund of their registration fees. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days following the cancellation announcement.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
- Before the Registration Deadline: Coaches/Mentors who withdraw before the registration deadline are eligible for a full refund of their registration fees.
- After the Registration Deadline: Coaches/Mentors who withdraw after the registration deadline will not be eligible for a refund unless extenuating circumstances apply. In such cases, please contact the event organizers to discuss refund options.
Refund Requests:
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within one day of the event cancellation or withdrawal.
