This Event is for Deaf and Hard of Hearing Teams ONLY. Teams must qualify to receive an invitation to this event. The deadline to submit qualification scores is December 15.

Volunteer
We are always looking for and welcoming volunteers. Contact the event coordinator. Most roles are easily trained in 10 mins or less. Shifts will be broken up into morning and afternoon shifts. Most shifts will be 4 hours (8a-12p, 1p-5p, etc). Please show up 30 mins before your shift starts.
If you know sign language, that is a big help, but not necessary!!!

Meals - we will provide breakfast and lunch Tuesday through Thursday.
Dinners will be on your own each night.
Health and Safety Policies
Use common sense.
Follow the Code of Conduct at all times, even if not in the tournament. We are using a public property and your behaviors will be observed. Any damages determined to be done by you will result in you being responsible for paying its repairs or replacement. Additionally, your team will be expelled from the Event itself for a serious breach of the Code of Conduct.

Travel Info
Whose Responsibility?
You are responsible for getting here (whether you fly or drive).
Driving
If you drive, there is parking available and will be free of charge.
Flying
If you fly, fly into Atlanta airport(ATL) on Monday Feb. 3. Charter buses will pick you up at the airport at:
- 11am
- 1pm
- 3pm
Wednesday morning Feb 6, a charter bus for GPSD teams only departs from Great Wolf at 7am.
Thursday morning Feb 7, charter buses will take everyone else to the airport at 7am.
If you are staying for the ADC tournament, you will NOT need to ride to the airport on Thursday morning.

Judging Format
FORMAT we will follow: Remote Notebooks/In Person Judging
Engineering Notebooks will need to be submitted to judges digitally via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. THIS IS DUE BY JANUARY 17, 2025.
Team Interviews will be judged in-person the day of the event.
