General Info
I appreciate your interest in the Memphis University School's Winter Tournament. We will contact registered teams closer to the event with more details, including directions, campus maps, times, and food ordering information.
Participants are also required to submit the VEX liability release form electronically.
Physical notebooks must be submitted for judging. Please print out digital notebooks and put them in a binder for submission.

This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

Saturday, February 22 Tentative Schedule
7:30 – Judges and inspectors arrive.
7:45 AM -- Doors Open
Check-in -- 7:45 AM - 8:30 AM
Inspection -- 8:00 AM - 9:15 AM
8:00 AM - Skills Field Open (closed during event meeting)
8:00 AM – Judging Interviews Begin – Your team will be scheduled, please be on time.
9:30 AM – Event Meeting
10:00 AM – Qualification Matches Begin
12:00 PM – 1:15 PM Break for Lunch, Skills Open
1:15PM – 3:00 PM Finish Qualification Matches
*Skills Field closes at the end of Qualifications Matches
3:30 PM - 4:45 PM – Elimination Matches and Awards
Volunteer
Volunteers are essential to a successful tournament. Please consider volunteering and encouraging family members to give up their time. No prior experience is necessary. Volunteers will receive any training necessary. Thank you for your time!

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of inclement weather, notice of cancellation will be made via email.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: Refunds will only be made if the event is canceled by MUS. Refunds will not include the $5 processing fee assessed by Robot Events for processing.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event, then chooses to withdraw or not attend: Registrations will not be refunded for teams that register but choose not to come.
Judging Format
- All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
