The event will have in-person judging. However, please submit digital engineering notebooks one week before the event day.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
There are no snow dates available for this event. We will let teams know as soon as possible about closures or modifications to the schedule in the event of inclement weather.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Refund will be issued after deducting $5 as fee for Robotevents.
No refunds will be given due to changes of schedule/format due to weather or unforseen emergencies.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Refunds will only be issued to teams requesting registration cancellation 14 or more days prior to the event AND if the spot is filled with another team.
Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. The submission deadline for engineering notebooks will be 7:30 AM on Saturday February 15 - one week before the event.
