Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Due to how Robot Events send payments to Wallace State, we are unable to offer refunds to teams that have completed payment. In the event the EP Needs to cancel this event after payment has been made, that money can be applied to a future Wallace State event.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event and then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
We are unable to offer refunds for this event. Because of this, teams should wait to make payment until they are certain they can and want to attend while being mindful of the payment due date. Any team unpaid by the payment due date will be removed from the registered team list without notification.
If a team has to withdraw from the competition after payment is made, Wallace State may consider transferring the registration fee to another Wallace State-hosted event.
