General Info

Welcome to our first annual Tiger Byte Tournament at EPHS!

We are excited to host an early season yearly event at our school and see teams on our campus to play High Stakes! 

This tournament will have Qualification matches, Alliance Selection, and an Elimination Bracket. Skills Challenges will be available to teams. Skills would be schedule to make sure everyone in the tournament take their chances.

Seating would be available.

Concession would be open.

We're looking forward to a great tournament!

Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

  • 8:00 AM             Opening Ceremony/ Event Announcements/Drivers Meeting

  • 8:30 AM             Qualification matches begin

  • 12:00 PM             Qualification matches and skills conclude

  • 12:30 PM             Alliance selection begins

  • 1:00 PM              Elimination matches/Finals

  • 1:45 PM              Awards

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event of inclement weather, notice of cancellation will be made via email.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

Refunds will only be made if the event is cancelled by Mountain View Robotics. Refunds will not include the $5 processing fee assessed by Robot Events for processing. 

 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Registrations will not be refunded for teams that register but choose not to come.
