Welcome to the Mahoning Valley VEX League Invitational Event.  This event is open to all teams registered in the Mahoning Valley VEX League.  We will have two tournament fields, one skills field, and one practice field.  Lunch will be provided and spectators will be allowed.

Lunch will be provided for all coaches and participants as part of the registration fee.  There will not be a concession available for this event.

Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

All coaches will be notified via email as early as possible if the weather threatens to delay or cancel the event.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

A refund minus the RECF $5 fee will be issued.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

No refunds will be issued.

Judging Format

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
