General Info

This is a Live, Skills-Challenge-ONLY event for the 2024-25 High Stakes

We will strictly follow REC Skills-only rules where each team is allowed only three driver trials and three autonomous trials. 

Note:  This is not a qualifying event, however, each team's skills score will be uploaded to the REC 2024-25 High Stakes Skills Standings database.

Check-in & Inspection is at 9am-11pm. The last skills runs will conclude at 5pm.  (No Engineering Notebooks.  No Judged Awards offered.) Each team will have no more than 6 Skills (3 Driving / 3 for Programming) matches during this session.

This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

Doors open at 8:00 AM 

Check In - 8:00 AM - 10:30AM

Robot Inpsections - 9:00AM - 11AM (All teams must be inspected before 1st skills run)

Skills Feilds Open - 9:30AM - 5:30PM

Venue Closes at 6:00 pm

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

Any required closing will be based on district policy. Communication will be sent via email to follow up with district policies.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

Refunds will be sent. 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

There will be no refunds due to fixed costs associated with this event.
