General Info
The Hounds of Ocean Springs are honored to host this year's Higher Stakes season last chance competition before state. This competition is open to all registered VRC teams. The competition will be held Feb 8, 2025 at Ocean Springs High School gymnasium.
Your payments must be shown in the system as paid by Jan 24 2025 in order to participate in the competition. Please get on the waiting list if the competition has filled, or you have more than 4 teams and if any spots become available I will contact you.
Snacks will be available and we plan on selling lunches. More specifics will be available closer to the event.
Please complete all team member release forms at REC Foundation as soon as possible. Once completed, you are good for the rest of the year. Information on Participant Release form and link -- https://waiver.smartwaiver.com/w/5ab2c50d92047/web/
For those with team notebooks please have the complete and psted online by Jan 31 at midnight.

We will gladly accept people to assist with our events.
We will need readers prior to event and interviewers on the day of the competiton.

Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally by Jan 31 for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
