Code of Conduct

The REC Foundation considers the positive, respectful, and ethical conduct of teams to be an essential component of the competition. Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

For more details, please refer to the REC Foundation Code of Conduct and Student-Centered Policy. If you have concerns about compliance with the Code of Conduct, please speak to the Event Partner during the event.

9:00 à 12h00 - Matchs de qualification – Les robots doivent passer l’inspection avant 9:00 AM   / Qualification Matches - robot inspection should be done by 9:00 AM

12:00 à 13h00 – Diner  (Pourrait être écourté en cas de retard) / Lunch Break 

13h00 à 15h30 – Matchs de qualification / Qualification Matches

15h40 Sélection des alliances / Alliance Selection

16h00 à 16h45 :  Éliminatoires / Elimination Matches

17h00 -  Remise des prix et cérémonie de clôture, nettoyage des puits / Closing Ceremonies, Awards and clean up

Refund and Payment Policies

Un remboursement complet sera donné si la demande est faite avant le 13 février, 2025 12h00 pm. Les cas particuliers seront géré individuellement

Judging Format

Soumissions de Carnet d'Ingénierie Numérique / Entrevues en Personne avec les Équipes :
Les entrevues avec les équipes seront réalisées en personne lors de l'événement. Les carnets d'ingénierie devront être soumis numériquement pour évaluation via un lien accessible dans le panneau "Mon Compte" du contact de l'équipe sur RobotEvents.

DATE LIMITE POUR LA SOUMISSION DES CARNETS : 14 février à midi

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In-Person Team Interviews:
Team interviews will be conducted in person at the event. Engineering notebooks must be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link available in the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline may be set prior to the event date.

DEADLINE FOR NOTEBOOK SUBMISSION: February 14 at noon.
