Code of Conduct

The REC Foundation considers the positive, respectful, and ethical conduct of teams to be an essential component of the competition. Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

7:30 am – 8:30 am – Inspections

8:30 am – 8:45 am – Drivers Meeting, Judges meeting, Match Schedule distribution

8:45 am – 9:00 am – Opening Ceremony

9:00 am – 12:00 pm – Skills Field open

9:00 am – 12:00 pm – Qualification Matches

12:00 pm - 1:00 pm – Lunch Break

1:00 pm – 2:00 pm – Qualification Matches

2:00 pm – 2:30 pm – Alliance Selection

2:45 pm – 4:00 pm – Eliminations & Awards

4:30 pm – Event clean up

Refund and Payment Policies

No refunds after 11/23/24. All refunds will be subject to a $5.00 REC Fee.

Judging Format

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in person on the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
