This is a tournament by the Stanhope Elmore SkillsUSA Chapter. There will be 2 Skills fields available to accommodate teams getting all 6 skills run completed while the tournament is going on. Tournament Champions and Skills Champions will be awarded. The event will take place at Stanhope Elmore High School in Millbrook, Al.

Code of Conduct

The REC Foundation considers the positive, respectful, and ethical conduct of teams to be an essential component of the competition. Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

Inspection: 8 am - 8:45 am

Driver meeting: 8:45am

Skills Fields Open: 9 am

Matches begin: 9am

Lunch: 12 - 1 pm

All Fields Open and remaining qualifying matches: 1pm -2:30pm

Awards: 2:45

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

If inclimate weather is expected, the event will be rescheduled for a later date. Any weather decision will be made by 5 pm the day prior to the event.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: Refunds will be provided to teams.

 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: Any withrawal from the event after registration will result in no refund.
