General Info
Welcome to the First Anual Connecticut High school Championships at theTotal Mortgage Arena and Home of the Bridgeport Islanders This amazing event will bring together 84 teams from around Connecticut.
Concessions will be available all day. Bag Lunch will be availble to pre-purchase for each competition day for all students and coaches Details as we get closer to the event.
REFUND POLICY:
Refunds will be avialble to teams that request cancellation of registration 7 or more day prior to the event. No other refunds will be processed. Refunds are processed by CTEEA not the REC foundation
Hotel Blocks are being arranged and hope to have all blocks availabel for booking by December 1st. Please check back for more information

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of bad Weather changes to the schedule will be emailed to team contacts
Options
1 Event opening may be delayed to allow for travel.
2. Event may be cancelled due to the weather.
announcements will go out by 6:00 am. all teams are encouraged to use their best judgement when deciding to attend.
If the event is cancelled due to Weather or other issue. Refunds less any event partner expenses will be processed by CTEEA. Refund requests need to be emailed to [email protected]

Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents.
Digital Engineering Notebook submissions must be posted on RobotEvents.com by February 16 12:01 PM, 2025 to be considered for Judged Awards that require a Engineering Notebook. Physical notebooks brought to event may not be considered in the Judging process.
