General Info
WELCOME TO CLASH AT KENNEDY!
Kennedy Catholic Preparatory School is pleased to host our third annual VEX robotics tournament - located in northern Westchester approximately an hour from New York City and most of Long Island. We are just off of the Goldens Bridge exit of I-684.
Location: Kennedy Catholic Preparatory School, 54 Route 138, Somers, New York 10589
GPS should get you there if you type in the school name (might come up as John F Kennedy Catholic High School).
Food and Beverage: We will have a concession stand with waters, sodas, coffee, hot chocolate and lots of snacks. We will be serving pizza for lunch. We ask that all food be consumed in the cafeteria and not in the pits.
Engineering Notebooks: We will collect hard copy/printed notebooks at check-in.
Interviews: Judges will come around the pits during the day and interview all teams.
Spectators: Spectators are welcome and encouraged. We have plenty of seats in the bleachers.
Fields and Pits: Match and skills fields and pits will all be in the gym. Practice field will be in a common area outside the gym.
Cash and Venmo only: Please ask your team members to bring cash or Venmo.
Thanks,
Andrei and Jennifer Achim
