General Info

Kentucky HIgh School State Competition

Inspections will open Friday evening at 6:00pm.

Skills fields will be open on Friday evening before the event at 6:00pm - 9:00pm

Notebooks are to be submitted digitally by February 26, 2025.

No outside food permitted. 

The cost of the event includes a pizza and a voucher for the concession stand for each team.

Concessions will be available and additional pizza will be available for purchase.

Code of Conduct

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

The event may be cancelled due to bad weather and will rescheduled. Teams will be notified by their e-mail listed in robotevents at registration.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

It will be rescheduled.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

There will not be any refunds.

Judging Format

 Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents.
