Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
Teams will be notified at their registered email address in the event of a schedule disruption, change, or cancellation. Please join our Slack if you have not already we will post there as well.
Refund and Payment Policies
Cancelation: Teams can cancel with 1 week notice. Teams that cancel with less than 1 week notice, will be billed for the full cost of the event if the waitlist is exhausted and your spot is empty.
Under limited circumstances PYRS will review on a case-by-case basis.
Payment Methods: Cheque payable to Pacific Youth Robotics Society or Cash. Please try your best to bring payment on the day off. Do not pay on Robotevents. Robot Events does not accept payment from non US teams unless the team is competing in a tournament in the US.

Judging Format
In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. In order to be considered for Judged awards, teams must submit a physical copy of their notebook to the judges.
