Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
We will be monitoring regional forecasts when considering alterations or cancellations. In case of bad weather conditions or possible cancellations/schedule alterations, updates will be posted on Robotevents.com. Please call Tim Weber @ 208-305-6980 if you have specific questions or concerns.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Full refunds will be issued.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Refunds (less a $10.00 administration fee) will be issued if cancellation is communicated BEFORE the registration closure date. Refunds will not be issued if cancellation occurs AFTER the registration closure date.
Judging Format
- Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline will be scheduled ahead of the event date.
