Code of Conduct

This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the case of inclement weather, and we need to cancel, I will post that information by 3:00 on Friday December 13th. 

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: and you have already paid, we will issue a credit for our next tournament.

 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: no refund will be given

 

Judging Format

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
