General Info

Welcome to the Phenix City VEXmas Qualifier! This is a VEX VRC blended event. It is open to any middle or high school team participating in VEX VRC competitions.

Each team attending will receive a VEXmas present of a commemorative sticker sheet. I am looking at different lunch options and will update as soon as I am able.

PLEASE VIEW THE AGENDA, due to the number of fields we will be running Skills only until 10:30 am and then matches only after lunch.

There will be limited concessions available. Candy, chips, drinks. Each school may register up to 6 teams.

Just a reminder that all competitions, including this one, are student-centered events. Only students and coaches are allowed in the pit area, robots are built and programmed by students, and students advocate for themselves after matches if there is a question about scoring or rules. Parents and other guests are welcome to watch from the stands.

Note: Notebook judging will be in-person using hard copy. It is acceptable to print a digital notebook and place the pages in a binder.

Registration Fee: $65 registration fee

All participants are expected to complete the participant release form . (also available in Spanish)  Once per season covers all events.
