This event is looking for Volunteers! To help support our tournament, we are asking all teams to have a person volunteer., Check out the Volunteer Tab for more information!

Submission Deadline for Notebooks will be communicated with Registered Teams via Email.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In case of INCLEMENT WEATHER (as determined by District 6) the tournament will be canceled and no refunds will be available.
Refund and Payment Policies
Payment Deadline:
Payments for this tournament are due the Tuesday prior to the event @ 4:00 PM MST
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Refunds will be available up to two weeks prior to the event, minus the $5.00 non-refundable RobotEvents fee.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
