General Info

River Islands High School is hosting our 3rd annual V5RC tournament in Lathrop, California. 

There are currently  24 slots for this tournament, and a maximum of 6 teams per organization are allowed. Make sure that you are marked as paid (or PO received) two weeks in advance or you may be replaced.

Check in will be at 7:30 am. Teams must contact the event partner if they are running late or they will be removed from the team list for the event.

Teams must be paid by February 7th, 2025. Teams not paid at this time will be moved to the waiting list.

Code of Conduct

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

If the event must be cancelled because of bad weather it will be rescheduled with the next acceptable date.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: Teams will be given a refund minus $5 will be provided.

 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: There is no refund if the team is already registered and paid for the event.

Judging Format

Team interviews and notebook judging will be conducted in-person at the event. Please print out a physical copy of your engineering notebook for in person judging.
