General Info

This Combined midle school and high school event has been held at Brooke High School since 2014. This year we are switching venues across the street to Brooke Middle School. We like to host this event early and encourage teams to bring what they have so far. Pushing yourself to meet this early date and coming regardless of the status of your build really helps get your team starrted and understanding the game. There will also be a drone tournament on Sunday the 10 th

A determination for cancellation and reschedule will be made at 4:00 AM on the day of the event.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: A reschedule date will be set for a later date.

 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: no refund will be given.

 

Judging Format

  • All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
