Welcome to the Potosi High School V5RC Blended High Stakes event. The event will be held on Nov 9th at Trojan Intermediate School

All judging will be in person on the day of the event.  Please bring a hard copy of your notebooks if you are using a digital notebook and turn it into the judges at inspection.

Code of Conduct

The REC Foundation considers the positive, respectful, and ethical conduct of teams to be an essential component of the competition. Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

7:30 am Doors open at the facility

8 am Inspections begin

9 am Inspections complete, drivers meeting

9:15 amSkills Field opens, qualification matches begin.

12pm Lunch break.  

1pm resume qualification matches  

2:30pm Skills Field closes, qualification rounds complete

2:35 pm Alliance selection

2:45 pm Tournament matches begin

4:00 pm Awards

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

Decisions will be made if the event needs to be canceled.   If we are required to cancel the event will not be rescheduled.  

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

Fees will be refunded minus $5

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

No refunds

Judging Format

Please review the following Judging Format options and keep the ones that apply to your event, and delete the others that do not apply. Please see the Remote Judging section of the Guide to Judging for more information.

  • All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
