General Info
Welcome to the Lions Middle School Qualifier!
We're looking forward to a great tournament and will be opening the doors for registration and inspection at 7:30 am on Saturday. Teams will submit a digital notebook by November 8, the day before the tournament.
Only registered teams and mentors should be in the pit areas during the event. Only team members, official volunteers, and referees should be on the competition floor. Spectators should remain in the cafeteria to watch the competition.
Use these coordinates ( 34.87267147549714, -82.36766607392826) to help you arrive at the correct building. Please note, the traffic pattern has changed. Use the entrance from Karen Drive (blue arrow on the map), drop off students and robots at the main entrance (located at the star), and exit the drive-through lanes to park on White Oak Drive and in the Early Learning Center parking lot (see yellow zones ).

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event weather is an issue please stay tuned to RobotEvents. Teams will be notified on or before Friday, November 8 in the event the tournament is cancelled.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
- A refund of $70.00 per paid team will be issued should the event be cancelled. If the event is postponed by the Event Partner and a team is no longer able to compete, the Event Partner will refund the registration fee if notified 5 days before the rescheduled event.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
- No refund will be issued.

In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews will be judged in-person the day of the event.
All notebook submissions will be digital one week in advance of the tournament.
