Code of Conduct

Refund and Payment Policies

Payment

Payment in full or a valid purchase order in RobotEvents must be provided two weeks prior to the event. Teams without payment will not be allowed to participate.

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

Refund will be issued after deducting $5 as fee for Robotevents.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Refunds (minus $5 as fee for Robotevents) will only be issued to teams requesting registration cancellation 14 or more days prior to the event.
