This event is a collaboration between Conestoga's Pioneer Robotics (6121), Forge Robotics (1089) and Vexmen (80/81/90/91).

The REC Foundation considers the positive, respectful, and ethical conduct of teams to be an essential component of the competition. Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

We expect to need:

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
This event has no available makeup date. A weather-related event cancelation will be made in accordance with the Tredyffrin-Easton School District's policies.
In the event of a weather-related cancellation, teams will be contacted as early as possible and event registration fees will be returned minus the $5 RECF processing fee.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Refunds will be sent - minus the $5.00 RECF processing fee.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
For a refund, the Event Coordinator must be notified at least 10 days prior to the event so that teams may be moved from the wait list and other teams invited to attend. The refunded amount will be equal to the registration fee paid minus the $5.00 RECF processing fee.
Within 10 days of the event, no refund is applied.
Webcast
We are evaluating the feasibility of live streaming the event.
Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents.
Teams will be informed of a submission deadline at least three weeks before the competition.
