In the event of bad weather, updates will be sent via email to the coach listed on robotevents.com

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: Refunds will be issued to all teams who have registered and submitted payment. 

 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: Refunds, except Robotevent fees, will be issued up to one week prior to the first event.
