Event Information:

This event is an in-person tournament with Skills on Friday night and the Teamwork and judging on Saturday. 

Entrance:

Teams should enter/load in through the Genoa-Red Bluff side of the building and check-in at the check-in station in the Dining Hall/Pit Area. 

Practice Field:

A practice field will be made available. 

Concession/Lunch:

There will be a concession stand and lunch pre-order options available.

Code of Conduct

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event of bad weather or cancellation of the event, the event partner will make every effort to reschedule the event. Coaches and mentors will be notified with as much advance notice as possible. 

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: Refunds will be issued if rescheduling the event is not possible or a team is unable to attend the new date. 

 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: No refund will be issued. 

 

Judging Format

  • All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
