TEAM 3145 is proud to host the Triway Robotics Middle School December Classic! 

Fields: We will have six fields for the tournament - three competition fields, two skills fields, and one practice field.

Concessions: We will have a concessions table with candy, chips, and drinks throughout the day.

Lunch: All registered teams will be provided lunch, which will include a beverage.

Coaches/Advisors: A hospitality room will be available throughout the day.

Spectators: Spectators are able to attend. You will see updates on the page if anything changes.

Judging: Physical engineering notebooks will be judged. Digital notebooks must be printed and placed in a folder for judging.

This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event of inclement weather, we will contact all coaches by email, phone or text. 

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event:  a refund for registration fees paid minus the $5 REC processing fee will be issued to each team. 

 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: registration fees will not be refunded. 

 

Judging Format

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
