Upon arrival please find your assigned table. There will be a room designated for robot repairs were cutting tools can be used. Please do not use power tools other that pumps or screw drivers in the pit area. Please watch your email for event updates.

Volunteer

Please bring at least one (1) volunteer. Volunteers will receive up to 8 service hours for participating. (please have the required school documentation).

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: Refund given

 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: No refund

 

Judging Format

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
