TEAM 3145 is proud to host their fourth annual VEX VRC tournament. This event is open to High School teams.

Fields: We will have six fields for the tournament - three competition fields, two skills fields, and one practice field.

Concessions: A concession stand will be available throughout the day.

Lunch: All registered teams will be provided lunch. We will serve a cafeteria style lunch with a drink. 

Coaches/Advisors: A hospitality room will be available throughout the day.

Spectators: Please encourage your family and friends to attend!

Judging: Physical engineering notebooks will be judged. Digital notebooks must be printed and placed in a folder for judging. s text with the information you would like on the event's General Info tab.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event of inclement weather, we will contact coaches by email, phone or text. 

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

a refund for registration fees paid minus the $5 REC processing fee will be issued to each team. 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

registration fees will not be refunded. 

Judging Format

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
