General Info

This event is located in Northeastern Arizona in the beautiful White Mountains Apache Reservation .  This event is a blended V5RC Skills event that allows teams to meet and try out their new robot design as the season gets underway.  

Grade Levels: Middle School and High School

Skills Challenge Only

Judging Format: No Judging

Location: Alchesay High School Cateteria

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

Fall in the White Mountains has cool temperatures from 60s to 70s. Autumn foliage at its peak during early October.   The event will happen regarldless of weather. 

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

All but the $5 RobotEvents fee will be refunded

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

A refund will only be offered if a replacement team can be found before the close of registration

If there are extenuating circumstances, please contact Trish Miller and consideration will be given on a case by case basis
