General Info

Welcome to Bryant Battle registration.  I am honored to host an event that you and your teams will be attending.  .

This tournament is scheduled very close to the State Robotics Tournament and many things that are expected at the State tournament will be expected at Bryant Battle.  Our tournament will be able to go smoother when all attendees are prepared and punctual with knowledge of procedures and rules.

Engineering Notebooks will be submitted digitally and will need to be submitted at least a week before the tournament.  Judging will be In-Person during the tournament.  Additional information about this will be sent out closer to the time of the tournament.

All team members and adults must have the RECF waiver completed. Instructions available at this link. https://kb.roboticseducation.org/hc/en-us/articles/7119161700759-Participant-Release-Form

Payment is due three weeks before the event, unless other arrangements are made with the EP, teams must be either "Paid" of "Payment Pending."  All teams not paid will be moved to the waitlist so that other teams on the waitlist can be added with enough time to obtain payment.  If your registration payment process takes longer than the deadline, only clear communication with the EP will keep teams from being moved to the Waitlist.

Team swapping policy will be strictly followed as outlined in this article. https://kb.roboticseducation.org/hc/en-us/articles/8337081839895-Team-Swapping-Policy-in-Event-Registrations#:~:text=The%20following%20policy%20was%20instituted,be%20swapped%20from%20that%20organization.

Thank you for your registration and I look forward to seeing all of you!

Feel free to reach out with any questions you may have.
