This event is looking for Volunteers!  To help support our tournament, we are asking all teams to have a person volunteer., Check out the Volunteer Tab for more information!

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. Submission Deadline for Notebooks is Wednesday, 12/4/24, at 4:00PM.

Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

Jobs we are looking for:

  • Check In Table

  • Robot Inspection - will be train onsite 

  • Queuing Manager

  • Pit Manager

  • Field Reset (3rd Grade and up!)

  • Scorekeeping Refs

  • Judges

 

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In case of INCLEMENT WEATHER (as determined by SVVSD) the tournament will be canceled and no refunds will be available.

Payment Deadline:

Payments for this tournament are due the Tuesday prior to the event @ 4:00 PM MST


If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

Refunds will be available up to two weeks prior to the event, minus the $5.00 non-refundable RobotEvents fee.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Withdrawing from the tournament?  Refunds will be available up to two weeks prior to the event, minus the $5.00 non-refundable RobotEvents fee.
