Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
Bad weather should not affect this event. In case of a cancellation, the event partner will contact you as early as possible. Teams should make sure their contact information in Robotevents.com is up to date and includes both school and non-school phone numbers.
Refund and Payment Policies
Teams who have registered but have not paid or submitted a PO 1-week prior to the event will be removed from the event unless special arrangement has been made with the Event Partner.
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
A full event registration (minus $5) refund will be given to all paid teams.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
No refund will be provided as organization incurs expenses upfront to organize the event.
Teams are responsible for their own transportation and hotel costs.
Health and Safety Policies
We highly encourage everyone to avoid coming into the facility if you are not feeling well and follow all commonly expected safety and health precautions.
Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the LEAGUE CHAMPIONSHIP event in January. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
There is no Judging at the Oct. 11, Nov. 15, and Dec. 13 event
