Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
All cancellations will be communicated through email. Please check your email the day before and the morning of the tournament (before leaving).
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Refunds will be sent.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: Please do so before Jan 31, 2025 in order to receive a full refund. Please include the name of the person or entity to be refunded and the address.
Judging Format
Please review the following Judging Format options and keep the ones that apply to your event, and delete the others that do not apply. Please see the Remote Judging section of the Guide to Judging for more information.
- Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
